Campaigner and food write, Heather Mills is opening a new factory in the North East for her company Vbites – a range of vegan meat alternatives. She was a speaker at the IFE session ‘The Role of Protein in Plant Based Product Innovation‘. During the session, Mills mentioned her hopes to work with us! Well, we think seaweed be an amazing addition to vegan alternatives – especially for that essential iodine source!
