Why Superfood Seaweed
Seaweed is the food of the future! It is an underutilised, highly scalable and sustainable resource, as it requires no land, fertiliser or freshwater to grow! Our seaweed is sourced from the pristine waters of the Scottish Outer Hebrides, with exclusive harvesting rights from the Crown Estate.
Our core seaweed, Ascophyllum nodosum like other seaweeds has a host of nutrients that could benefit your health.
For example, natural levels of iodine (allowing six EU approved health claims). Including seaweed in your diet could potentially lead to: reduction in fat absorption; blood sugar management; and metabolism. It is harvested using Patent Pending production technologies and has proven superior quality!
