Roasted Beet Hummus

Nutritionally dense, beautifully colorful and loaded with natural anti-inflammatory properties.

Marlene uses this delicious hummus in wraps, sandwiches, dips and as a topping for salads.

Ingredients

This recipe include 1/4 tsp of our PureSea Natural
2 medium beets

1 jar organic (16 oz.) or can chickpeas

 

 

1 tbsp. lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

.

3 tbsp. tahini

¼ tsp Seaweed

Method

Preheat the oven. Wash the beets with a small vegetable brush and wrap in foil. Roast at 180/375°F until very soft.

When cooled, slice beet and add to a high speed blender or food processor along with the remaining ingredients. Blend to desired texture.
